Open sores on scalp and back, blood tests come back normal, medications don’t work, Dr. thought it might be…
shingles, limes disease, ringworm, MS. Been tested over and over, all results come back -ve. She also has no energy to even make coffee or get out of bed some days, hands tingle, somedays she has right sided numbness, (with no physical signs of stroke). She is not an angry person and now is very moody and can fly off the handle with anything. Goes in for last MRI in hopes that something will show up. Professor in a university, can’t go to work because of open sores and weakness. Also, in arbitration with gov’t over past job. Could all of these things be stress related, to me there is something more. But what?

admin answers:
Well with no professional experience i think it may be shingles because a neighbor of mine had shingles all over and he had the same symptoms

My son and his wife are trying to buy this house in Prairei Grove. And I think they are being taken advantage?
I think the Guy is trying to Screw them. At 1st the sign outside said to be Auctioned Off, Then a Coulpe weeks Later the sign said For Sale By Owner. Then a Remax sign came into the yard. I seen red Flags But my Husband told me to leave it alone. So I did. But starting Out I was told they Were Leasing it then that would go toward a Down Payment. Started out at 750, Then 799.Then 800 then when they got the lease it was 810 I thought that was high but I was not gonna cause a Fight Then last night they met with a HUD loan financing Mortgage company and I was told the Payments would be 860.00 a month NOT FIXED.payment. It has never been inspected a friend of my sons told him it needs a new roof, It has 4 Layers of Shingles, The Roof Bows in several Places the floors are weak. If you walk through my grandsons Bedroom past his TV the stuff all falls into the floor. The girls bedroom windows are 6 inches shorted than the holes they put boards under them on the walls. The Air conditioning
The air condition leaks down the wall on the opposite side of the house. The back door was kicked in and the facing was missing we fixed it.The guy who owns the house keeps telling them soon as we get the Papers signed I will get the new roof on it for you, I told my son not to sign anything because It is the landlords Place to Fix the bad roof, He refuses to get it inspected, I am just afraid he is getting into a mess. Because a friend of my sons is in construction and he done a walk through on the house the Roof Is bad It has little or no Decking Boards What it does have is covered with Mold, It Has 4 Lauers of Shingles, It needs trusses in it, The back wall by the girls room is rottes n from water draining down from the AC unit. David asks…
10 points!! Who can help me identify my mother’s rash?
For about three weeks my mother has had a rash on and off on her arms, all the way from her upper arm down her forearm but not beyond her wrist.
it’s not making visible bumps, but it is causing redness and swelling. it’s not shingles because it’s on both arms instead of one. there are no scabs or boils.
last week the rash spread to her chest but only started itching really badly last night. it doesn’t cover her whole chest, just by her left and right shoulders. it’s raised but doesn’t have individual bumps.
then yesterday a rash appeared on her legs… it starts at the lower end of the inside of her thigh (right above the knee) and follows a vein down to her mid-calf. this rash does have bumps at the top but just swelling toward the bottom.
what kind of rash is this? she’s been taking benadryl every three hours and it helps only a little, but she still has swelling and itching sensations.
she says it itches more than it hurts (another sign that it’s not shingles). she had a fever last weekend and ached all over, but since she hasn’t felt nauseous or had a fever. when she takes tylenol, the pain goes away, but the itching doesn’t.
so what’s going on?

admin answers:
Hi, the fact that this rash itches and hurts would generally rule out a serious condition such as meningitis and means that the rash is a dermatological problem and is not a symptom of something else inside the body .. Also the fact that this rash comes and goes would suggest an alergic reaction to a washing powder or fabric softener, she may have been using the same one for many years to wash her clothes but skin can change and people can develop an allergy to something. Ask her to recall what she was wearing up to 48 hours before onset of the rash and to change the washing powder she uses for washing clothes. She does need to see her general practitioner as it needs to be diagnosed but i am a 4th year med student and all the symptoms you describe point towards an allergy of some sort.. It could even be as simple as a heat rash coming and going. Try the steps that i outlined but by all means do tell her she needs to see a doctor for further evaluation.. Another test to further rule out serious ailment is to press the rash with a glass .. If the redness disappears under the glass then you know its completely superficial and skin related only.. If it does not disappear please see a doctor immediately

My ceiling fell in! It was raining hard last night. I went & inspected the roof & can’t find the leak.?
The roof is 2 yrs. old. The shingles look all intact. The insulation in the attic appears dry, & no signs of water damage. Where do you think it’s coming from?

admin answers:
You cannot find a roof leak from outside. You have to be in the attic. You also can’t find the leak when it is not raining.
Set up some good lighting in the attic. Then put the hose with a sprinkler on it on the roof. Go in the attic and watch for the leak. When you find where water comes in you can get on the roof and make the needed repairs.

Home Roofing insurance…..?
There is a leak in the hallway of my house that is coming from the outside of the house. i called the insurance to try and make a claim and they went out an inspected it, they found some missing shingles however say because they see no sign of direct damage they cannot help….i know my insurance covers water from the outside..what can i do? Does anyone know where there are any rules and regulations or guidelines for such a thing??

admin answers:
Normal wear & tear is listed as insurance claim.
Wind, hail, fallen tree branch, etc.. Is the normal claims. Of course, you will have to name the day of this wind/hail that caused the damage. Check your policy; each one has differences.
